Prokura — Company Representative
A prokurist is an officially registered company representative under Estonian Commercial Code (§ 36–40). They are authorised to represent the company in all transactions related to its business activities, sign documents, and act on behalf of the company before third parties and authorities — without board-level restrictions. Ideal for companies that need a trusted local presence in Estonia.
