Scope of Services

We provide business consultancy, accounting, marketing, real estate support, and human resource services based on the specifications agreed upon by both parties. All tasks and services provided will be detailed in a written agreement and must be confirmed by the client before the work begins.

Payment Terms

For most services, clients are required to pay within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the service, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement. Late payment penalties, if applicable, will be outlined in the signed contract.

Intellectual Property

All marketing materials, reports, and other intellectual property created as part of our services will be transferred to the client once the invoice for these services has been paid in full. Until payment is made, Rozenberg Partners retains ownership of the intellectual property.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, both parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve the matter directly. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to arbitration under Estonian law. If arbitration is not successful, disputes will be resolved in the Court of Estonia.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing at least 30 days’ notice in writing. All outstanding fees and payments must be settled upon termination.
